How to Manage Cookies in Your Browser

Cookies must be enabled in your browser to use Benchmark Email. However, all browsers provide an option to block the cookies per your convenience.  Below is a list of directions for managing your cookies in each major web browser.

  1. Select the Chrome menu icon
  2. Choose Settings under the drop-down menu in PC and Preferences from the top menu in Mac.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on advanced options…
  4. 
Scroll down and click the small arrow in front of Content Settings.
  5. Click on the small arrow in front of Cookies to manage. You can allow or block cookies per your requirements.
  1. Click the Tools button.
  2. Click Internet Options and select the Privacy tab.
  3. Under Settings, click on advanced button.
  4. On the Advanced Privacy Settings popup, select the radio button to block all cookies or allow all cookies, and then click OK to save.
  5. You can manage first and third party cookies to Accept or Block.
Mozilla FirefoxFor PC
  1. Click Tools and then Options.
  2. On the left side, select Privacy & Security.
  3. Under History select the options in the dropdown to manage cookies.
Mozilla Firefox – For MAC
  1. In your top toolbar, click on Firefox and select Preferences.
  2. Click Privacy & Security.
  3. Under History select the options in the dropdown to manage cookies.
  1. From the Safari menu, click Preferences.
  2. Click Privacy.
  3. In the Cookies and website data section, select the checkbox to block all cookies.

 

  1. Open the Microsoft Edge,
  2. Click on the More actions button (three dots) on the toolbar and select Settings.
  3. Scroll down and locate View Advanced Settings and click on it.
  4. Under Cookies section, select to either Don’t Block Cookies (default), or Block only third party cookies.
  5. Restart Edge in order to save the settings.
