CreateForm Integration for Benchmark Email

How to Integrate:

Please note: As this is an integration built by CreateForm, the process to integrate will begin within their tool.

  1. On step 3, Sync, of the form wizard when editing or creating a form, choose Benchmark Email from the list of available integrations.
  2. A button will appear telling you to add a Benchmark Email account. Click it and a form will appear. (If you have already added an account, a drop down menu will appear asking you to choose which Benchmark Email account you would like to use.)
  3. Fill out the form with a name to identify it, enter your API key (login to your Benchmark Email account, go to Account Settings in the user menu and either generate or copy and paste your API key at the bottom of the page) and fill in your Benchmark Email username. Click Go.
  4. Choose the Benchmark Email account you’d like to integrate with and the list to which you’d like to add contacts.
  5. Map CreateForm Fields according to the data fields in your Benchmark Email list.
