Add Desk.com contacts to your Benchmark Email list(s)

How to Integrate:

1. Log into Benchmark Email
2. Select Integration from the User Menu at the top-right of the page
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select View More
4. Go to the Desk.com integration option
5. Enter your subdomain, which is the part of your URL that proceeds .desk.com for your help site, as well as your username and password for your Desk.com account
6. Select the list (or create a new one) to which you would like to add your contacts and click Save & Next
7. Map Desk.com Fields according to the data fields in your Benchmark Email list
8. Click Save & Next
