Raven Tools Integration for Benchmark Email

Add Raven Tools contacts to your Benchmark Email list(s)

With our Raven Tools integration, you can automatically add contacts to a Benchmark Email list. Create and automate customer journeys from the moment a contact is added to your list. Available free with every Benchmark account.

How to Integrate:

1. Log into Benchmark Email
2. Select Integration from the User Menu at the top-right of the page
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select View More
4. Go to the Raven integration option
5. Login to your Raven account on their website
6. Go to your account drop-down menu at the top-right of the Dashboard and select Profile manager
7. Select My Profile
8. Click Get New API Key and copy & paste it into your Benchmark account where prompted for the Access Token
9. Select the campaign from which you would like to import contacts and the list (or create a new one) to which you would like to add them and click Save & Next
10. Map Raven Fields according to the data fields in your Benchmark Email list
11. Click Save & Next
