Now you can send your Zendesk contacts the professional email campaigns you create in Benchmark Email! This integration imports your Zendesk contacts into a Benchmark list of your choosing. It's fast, it's easy and it maximizes your email marketing opportunities. Available free with every Benchmark account.

Requirements:

• Benchmark Email account (works with Free Trial)
• Zendesk Account

Integration Is Fast & Easy:

• No download necessary
• Easier than adding Zendesk contacts to your Benchmark account manually
• No setup in Zendesk required

How to Integrate:

• Log in to your Benchmark account
• Hover over your first name (top right) and click on Integrations
• Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Get Started
• Then scroll down and select Zendesk.
• Input your Zendesk subdomain, email address and Access Token and press Enter
• Select a Benchmark contact list or create a new list and click Save & Next.
• Select and match the fields to be mapped, then click Save & Next.
