Benchmark Email Releases iPad App for Building Email Contact Lists
The free Easy List iPad app lets Benchmark Email clients sign up newsletter subscribers on their Apple tablets, with or without Internet access.
Los Alamitos, Calif., October 4, 2012 - Benchmark Email, a do-it-yourself, Web-based email marketing service, has released a free iPad app for signing up email subscribers. Downloaded for free in the app store, the Easy List app lets Benchmark Email clients sign up newsletter subscribers on the spot: at trade shows, retail shops, or anywhere else the user is at the time.
"This iPad email marketing app has all the conveniences of a Website sign-up form, but mobility takes it to the next level," says Paul Rijnders, Product Manager at Benchmark Email. "With Easy List, you can instantly add contacts to lists in your Benchmark Email account, and send out email newsletters as soon as subscribers confirm that they've joined your mailing list."
The iPad app works with or without Internet access. When a user has access to wi-fi, contacts are added to their Benchmark Email online account almost immediately. If wi-fi isn't available, the app banks email addresses, and syncs them to the user's Benchmark Email account as soon as wifi is available.
The Easy List app also offers complete customization, letting users add their company logo, custom color scheme, or an image from their iPad library to make the interface mimic a company Website, e-commerce store or more. Users can sign up contacts by their last name, first name and email address, but also gather info including a physical address or phone number.
